We believe in the potent power of storytelling combined with the magic of illustration to provide the reader with uniquely entertaining and enriching experiences. While we cannot confirm or deny that we may or may not write arcs that fly above, below, or right in the face of standard comic fare, we strive to build in payback for whatever level of investment the reader cares to make. We hope you will find within Starbase Earth, some friends and heroes you bond with, some villains you revile, some confounding conundrums, and a slew of adventures and misadventures to keep you entertained and add just the right amount of side-spice to your life!

Starbase Earth is spun from the recesses of the mind of El Lobo Oscuro. In it, he aims to fill what he perceives as a near-empty niche within comics. Starbase Earth seeks to merge the limitless possibilities that science fiction affords while maintaining cultural relevance by drawing from some of the more challenging and controversial social and personal challenges we face and poking around some of the more intriguing personalities and questions birthed by our unique time in the human parade through history.
